Resume Service Plus promises to provide you with an interview-winning resume. I found this company by occasion when was looking for affordable resume company that would improve my old and outdated resume. They offer free resume critique if you’re not sure whether you need resume writing (you will need to fill in a very long submission form, though) and samples of their previous work for your review. They also claimed to have certified resume writers in staff.
Price policy 
Resume prices vary from $100 to $190. However, I got a discount and ordered a professional resume for $79.95 only. Cover letter, thank you letter and revisions are provided free of charge with each package. Actually, their prices were quite affordable – many services charge over $500 for a resume.
Order details
I clicked on Order now button and was asked to fill in a long form. After that, I chose the package and proceeded to checkout and paid via my PayPal account. I haven’t heard from them for a while, but then got a message stating the writers started working on my resume. I thought they would call me, have an interviewing session or something, but this never happened. I only got a message once with a request to tell a bit more about my achievements on my current workplace.
Quality of writing and support
As I didn’t pay for rush delivery and the standard delivery time wasn’t shown on the site, I decided to call them to find out how soon I would get my package. However, when I clicked on Contact us, a chat window popped up – but the chat was offline. So I had no other choice except for leaving a message for them. I only got a reply the next day, and they promised to finish resume writing in two days.
Conclusion
It took them four days to finish with my package. I reviewed it and everything I could say was “just ok”. Yeah, I think it was silly to expect something outstanding from an $80 resume; but I did expect a pleasant surprise. The writer just summarized my qualifications and achievements in a better manner.
