Advantages
The ability to create a CV of one`s own choosing a design by oneself is an undoubtful outstanding feature. There are positive feedbacks upon the service and its work. The service is easy at usage; even a child could enter it easily and navigate through the website. Creating a CV would work as if a tinker toys. There are templates of design available to choose from. The design of the website itself is fairly simple. There is nothing extra in it. There is no unnecessary graphics. There is nothing inherently improbable in its design.
Disadvantages
There is a live help during seven days a week. When I decided to try this feature, the agents were unavailable at the time. I was suggested to leave a message and the agents are promised to get back shortly. The policy of price is unclear as long as there is no pricelist specified in order to be able to know how much the service costs.
Quality of paper
The quality of paper pretty much depends upon one`s imagination because a customer crafts the work. In my opinion, there is not enough of templates to use. I would add some more so there was a wider choice to pick out of.

There is no typical application form because the specialization of the service is narrow enough. What it works with is resume only. Thus, it is clear that no details such as type of service, for example, is needed. A customer is a master here creating a resume however s/he likes.
Conclusion
The website is not in itself bad but there are a lot to be modified like live help option, unclear policy of price and attitude to customers. Meanwhile, taking into consideration all of the above, I would want to suggest using Perfect Resume as long as it is highly professional. Its working team is highly exceptional and its online help is truly available seven days a week.
